There are probably better show cars but I doubt there's much better that get's used regularly.

I saw this in the corner of your garage when i came down last time buddy, it's an absolute beaut - a lovely looking original car :D

Have a look a Jan's Version 'R'....

Absolutely unmolested.... and a 1998 car to boot

And don't forget CraigDavid's car - it was a beautiful looking car and an original 98 spec and one of the first in the country years ago

Check out my rides.

I've got an unmolested UK with v/low miles - only mod is a different head unit. Still on original exhaust, air box, wheels etc

I agree with Philp this is the best original Zed in the fourm

Thanks guys for the kind words. It really is a lovely car and I was hoping to bring it to JAE - but its presently not insured/taxed/mot'd and I couldn't justify the expense for the show - so i'll be there, but in another Jap

I'm going to agree with this as well!

I've seen this car in the flesh a couple of times - I went to view it when it was being auctioned (and took it for a test drive); and I saw it again (after Phil bought it) when I bought Phil's blue ZX. This is a superb, true collector's, example!!

And Phil, as for JAE, I know you're planning on bringing your GTR, but what about your other ZX - that's a truly superb example as well; with only minor enhancements to improve it from "standard"

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

i know there is a nice white original 1, is it naf, it was at jae last year, age+blonde moment if i am mixed up

Hi Richard,

I'm a bit ashamed to admit that car is also without insurance, mot or tax and I haven't used it now for over a year, its tucked up safe in the garage. Its a shame really as I put so much time, effort and money into it

I don't seem to have much time now with a young family to keep me busy and the free time I do get I want to make full use of the GTR - got to justify its expense somehow.

Are you still only attending JAE on the Fri? Would have been nice to catch up and see my old blue car again.

Hi Phil,

I fully understand buddy - I guess our priorities do change from time to time!!

I'm afraid Friday is indeed the only day I can make JAE; I'm off on holiday Saturday morning. Your old blue car is also doing just fine too; I cleaned it ready for JAE yesterday and everything is working perfectly as usual!

It would have been nice to catch up as it's just over a year since I bought the car from you. In fact I've had to increase the mileage for insurance cover - I've done over 5k in it! Still if I'm ever up in your neck of the woods I'll give you a call....
