Drivers Side Boost solenoid Removal

Hi Guys, I need to remove the stock boost solenoid in order to get to the turbo water pipes beneath it. How should I go about this?

 

The bolts on the bracket mounting it to the chassis don't seem to want to move. I have no idea about the little screws holding the solenoid itself onto the bracket and I'm a bit wary of trying to disassemble the solenoid anyway.

 

By the way, what is the chunk of machinery it shares the mounting with?
