I've replaced the 4 speakers in my car today. The sound is a big improvement, which was not surprising when I saw the state of the original speakers. It lacks a bit of bass though, which I would think is down to the small size of the speakers.
The previous owner had a new boot floor made with a sub in, so I thought I might as well use it.
I have an amp and was going to bridge it, to power the sub.
The stereo has 6 phono outs. 5 speakers and one marked sub.
I assume I just run the one marked 'sub' to the amp?
Does this have to be split in two in order to bridge the amp?
I hope this makes sense! Any help much appreciated.
