After all this time sitting at my car the past Year i have decided to bite the bullet and put some money to get the car done by a specialist and get it all done and back on the road.

Going tomorrow :thumbup1::thumbup1::thumbup1::thumbup1:

I seriously cant wait to get this car back on the road and enjoying it again.

Will let you know my experience with the mechanic i use after, i have all faith in the company and look forward to doing more business with them in the future :)

yeah getting loads done and for decent price, just hoping he can finally sort out my main gripe...... the WOT power loss, had it since buying car, after 6 seconds of WOT the car stops pulling for a second which makes it embarrassing to overtake. the fella reckons it could be fuel pump related as a boost leak would be playing about constantly.

any ideas to check before i go?

MAF seems fine, Apparently boost leaks were sorted from my last mechanic, i do have a DET sensor warning now, however i had the exact same problem prior to the warning starting to show.

reckon it could be the 3rd fuel pump stage not activating?

i would really like this problem sorted once and for all :)
