Just a thought but have you considered getting someone to reupholster your seat? Might be cheaper and it's gonna look better than a used seat. I currently have a cloth interior but in the next few months hope to have the whole lot replaced with leather.

My drivers seat is damaged too (its cloth). How much is re-upholstering? Would i be able to get a cloth match, as the other seats are in mint condition?

Thanks

Shaggy, where are the splits? I had a hole in the big lumber support panel and had that replaced for £45. He did a great job matching the grey leather. Just got the number from yellow pages, and had a look at the workshop. He was a 'one and his dog' set-up but obviously a good craftsman.
