This is to start a new thread .. for conversations up until this one go view 'MEET ANY ONE'. It has been decided amongst the few that the following meet will happen next weekend:

Actually, i can honestly say, no. lol.

 

Must admit though, i was expecting it. especially the Turbo'd cars to get the spooling sound.

Was good to meet everyone, i was tempted to open it up a bit so people could hear why i prefer the noise of a single exit lol but i didnt know that back road at all so didnt chance it, those m3's that sped off one of them sounded terrible, horrible raspy noise, the others sounded ok and that m5 sounded awesome

was a good meet guys, sorry i had to leave a little early, hope i didn't miss much. should definitely do it again sometime soon.

Brett, i forgot to ask you about your dials? are they the ebay plasma glow ones? they look real nice. are they a direct fit, or is there some minor fiddling to be done?

What ever you think of m3's you have to admit they sound fooking awful, a couple put there foot down and it sounded like a sowing machine about to go pop

Hi All, TonyB and I only just got back to Filey, but it was a really good day. We went to TGI Fridays for a Sunday meal which was great. It was so good meeting you all, putting faces to names, and thanks for supporting the Meet. In total we had 9 out of the 12 names who said they would come, which I believe is a successful Meet. :clap:

 

:helpsmilie: We'd like to set another one for a month's time? Any suggestions for a venue, date, time?

 

So far, members attending this suggested Sutton Bank, which has had previously good Meets in the past and people attending.

 

Any feedback on that suggestion?

:bow: Hi pbryant knight ... my mistake ... oh dear, it's been a loooooong day and I'm knackered ... sorry! but it was a GOOD day all the same.

 

And yes, next time we must meet where there is food. We also were starving .. any suggestions? We were up for all going to somewhere to chill out and eat once we'd had a chat and ogle but then people started going and ... :chef:

 

So let's make it next time?

i got them from Luke they are the plasma ones and they are not bad to fit here is a pic but it is a crap one its all i have

That place is a nightmare. everything is all over the place. Sat nav nearly went out of the window on the way there. kept trying to take me through the no entry signs. :(

Next month is going to be a bit crowded for me sorry, got a few events and JAE at the beginning of sept

Looks like I missed a good meet - I had to give it a miss as it clashed with the airshow which I promised the little'un I would take him too! - Hope everyone had a great time, I will endeavour to make it to the next one! :)

yes i did, got sum info, but wer meetin up at teeside park on wednesday, so hopefully i'll find out some more info. he offered to buy it back aswell, but i can't see me selling it soon
