cheers guys, but i'm after pictures of the old bulb holder, the back part you remove with one screw, fitted back on, I'm re-fitting the leds to a new centre panel, but on my old one, couldn't get the back part back on and it got water in as the seals on my centre panel were poo, but i do wanna fit the backs on... cheers...

as you cut a bit out to fit the leds in the top aperture, you have to cut part of the plastic off that seals the centre panel to the back of the car, can't see how water isn't going to piss in when it rains? it did on my last one, the centre panel filled half full with water, hope this one doesn't, gettin expensive now, not to mention the ball ache of swapping it all over, and the el strip...

Maybe it is a bad design flaw with the led light mod????

Tudor this was something I looked at but the sealing rubbers will still provide a good seal against the rain. The test car the first lot was fitted to never let any water in.

Cheers, I just ran a bead of silcone where the mating part of the plastic i have cut was, so should seal as good as before, it rained alot last night, so will have a look in a bit :)

think you would be better of with a butyl sealant / tape, stay supple and is a better seal... yeah, a bit messy but does a better job than silicone....

it's what the lights are held in with....
