Removing T-Bar Rubber Ends

Hi,

 

Does anyone know how to remove the rubber ends from the T-Bar, as shown in the attached photo?

    The ends are molded on and not available seperatly, need to drop the roof lining and undo the securing nuts, a good used bar is the best option, have them in stock if you want one.

    Thanks Jeff. The bar and ends are actually fine. It's just that I'm painting the roof bars today and wanted to remove the ends so that I can cover the full surface of the bar.

     

    From what you're saying, it's best to remove the whole bar first.
