Did anyone from here buy my aftermarket silver headlight panel from ebay on 08/06/2010 ?.

If so, when the fook am I going to get paid ???

I just don't understand it. If I win something on ebay as soon as it finished I click the pay now button. Why is it I'm continually left waiting for payment. It's so annoying as you purposly list all your items to finish at the same time to save additional trips to the post office.

I've got 4 open cases now for unpaind items, all buyers have more than 50 feedback which why I'm so surprised.

I've been left waiting 5 weeks for payment on 6 stock injectors which sold for £28 + £4.70 p&p. 5 weeks !!!!.

6 weeks now for a chrome kitchen tap, which I've just now relisted and the previous buyer has recieved a no payment strike.

Anyone else having issues like this or am I just unlucky?.

Just trying to clear the shed of all the old junk I have in there.

sounds like you are really unlucky.. my mate is the same though. Can't say I've had a problem, had to wait 3 days for a payment once but thats it. :(

theres some tw*ts on there though, cant understand the mentality of some people, do they not think its a serious thing with legally binding deals?

There was a good example years ago, my ex-gf used to use my ebay account, which was fine I didn't mind, but her sister wanted something as she didn't have her own account. A bid was placed, but a few days later she said she didnt want it anymore! so people like that just ignore it, sounds like whats happened to you

no problem selling as dont really sell but have paid for some wing mirrors on the 11th staight away after using buy it now.....still nothing received. Sent 3 emails no reply as soon as i opened a dispute with ebay the seller suddenly says he sent them (on the day i opened a dispute) but still nothing. If im not mistaken he was a member on here some time back.

I don't think I have much left to be honest mate. I've sold blue silicone, blue cable wrapp, UK rear seat belts, UK rear interior quarter panels, UK rear window surrounds, wideband 02 sensor.

All I have left is a couple of old headlights (I think they are damaged) and something you may be interested in.... excess grey hide from the retrim of silverstreak.

No idea mate, I'll dig it out over the weekend and check to make sure it hasn't got any moss / fungus growing on it :). If it's all good and in tip top condition I'll measure it up and let you know.

Why not list with the 'immediate payment required' that way they have to pay before the item is 'sold'

Forgot to add, I'll text you rather that put it on here. I don;t wanna get banned because mods think I'm selling without being subscribed.

I think that's a good option. Will do this on all (posted items).

................................. no worries Stu

Sorry to hear you're having probs Stu. I've been a seller for quite a long time now on eBay, selling refurbished mobile phones, I used to have them as a BIN, and have a quantity of 5 per page. Although it's slightly changed now you use to have to press the BIN button, then alter the quantity button (if you wanted more than one) then click Confirm! Now someone did all of this and clicked a quantity of 2, and never paid. When I sent him a message asking for payment he stated that he never wanted them and must of clicked by mistake!! How the hell did he manage to click three buttons and change the quantity by mistake??!! There really are some tottal dim-witted moronic idiots out there, that really shouldn't be let out in public un-attended!!

i got a pair turbo's and i paid straight away it took over 2 weeks for the guy to post them to me so it does work the other way aswell sometimes with poor sellers

You are indeed very correct!!

You can get some really good deals on ebay but over the last few years it just seems to have become a minefield of scamming c**ts!!!

This is the ebay listing that I won back in Jan '08

Paid the guy £12,500 upfront for this RX7

Two and a half years later and having spent a figure well over £20k+ including legal fees and I've got f**k all but an empty bank account :cursing:

ebay can cost you big time, even if you're careful!

**anybody interested in a full thread on this conman, just in case you stummble across the prick in the future?**

It isn't forgotten fat boy :2guns::2guns:
