i've never had anything like this done so on idea of what i should pay

£129 a head isnt that bad really,as long as its been pressure tested,skimmed.seats recut and guides done if needed.

Pressure test and crack test

Reface the head

Valves reface and valves fitted

Valve seats recut with 3 angles on our Serdi millenium

Unleaded seat inserts fitted if needed

Valve guides checked for wear or new guides fitted

Camshaft checked for wear or new fitted

Valve stem oil seals replaced

Stud holes and spark plug holes checked for damage and helicoiled if needed

Valve clearances set if camshaft fitted

Heads fully assembled

Heads painted

yeah its a proper recondition,
