Wedding Anniversary next week, not a big stand-out one, but kinda stuck on gift ideas ?

Was thinking of a new ironing board, but way too pricey !

Any ideas ??

Congrats mate - how many years?

It was mine and Julia's 10th on 3rd June! I don't usually get a present though as we go on holiday to celebrate. Although this year is happened to be half term; so we went for a Thai meal on the day and took a holiday the following week...

So why not take her away somewhere nice?

Hi Richard,

Kinda missed out last year on our 25th as my daughter was setting out on a major life change, she moved to China to teach English ! Daddy lent his wallet to the cause, if you get my drift ?

Anyhoo, away to Cuba in 9 weeks time as a kinda belated 25th, obviously 26 years this time.

Its mid-week next week, so gonna do something this weekend.

Un-officially its old photos, or Jade as a remembrance.

Alan.........

honestly, it was apperently the best thing i did for her, i normally pic them up at the garage when getting a bacon sarnie lol, so to do this meant a lot to michelle, only cost me £3 aswell lol

Hi Alan,

26 years? Nice one mate!!

So holiday aside then, I'd say you're fine with old photos and jade (assume you mean jewellery and not the dead, thick bint from Big Brother!). Add a champagne dinner and I don't think you could do anything wrong.

Good luck and best wishes to you both.

Forget it folks, no ****ing point now !

My wife, Fiona, well her mum was knocked down with a bus early on this afternoon and passed away with head and chest injuries at 5.30pm this evening.

Not long out the hospital and just off the phone to my daughter in China, who is 7 hours in front.

Needless to say she is devastated.

Kinda stuck for words actually as the mother-in-law was a wee gem of a wummin.
