    As Chris says - sorry for the delay. I have posted a request in The Committee forum, Pete (turboZ) has tried to assist but we need Andy to check the bank to confirm receipt before Pete can "turn you green."

     

    Hopefully Andy will log on shortly and sort the formalities.
