Hi guys, does anyone have any advice on getting a glovebox open, the lock turns and seems to be working but the catch itself wont spring anything.

Has this happened before?

Thanks

Mark

Pull of the plastic strip thats underneath the glovebox and it will reveal two 10mm nuts that hold the bottom of the glovebox on. Removing them may allow you to angle the glovebox so that it slips out of the catch.

done that, it didnt really do anything, so ive tugged at it a bit, now the right hand is down and out, but the left side is still stuck. The flip mechanism isnt doing anything so ill need to fix that when its all out.

Its ok, i found the problem, someone had screwed it shut because the latch doesnt work.

But taking it apart i found the little spring sitting there :D

This thread is pointless now and can be locked

Thanks
