Spotted a couple of nice Z's in Newport today (didn't have my camera on me though)

There was a tidy red 'Z' reg 'M300...' parked up outside No Frills around 1'ish and then I spotted another black/dark grey parked up at the top of the hill just off Albert avenue/Church road in maindee

it's been a while since I've seen another 'Z' in Newport, there used to be a red SWB parked just up the road from my parents house on Victoria avenue but haven't seen it for a year or so now, hope the guy hasn't sold it

There has always been a few knocking about Newport, my old yellow one was parked in Somerton for a few years and I think Johnboy is from around the Victoria avenue area, pretty sure his is a red shorty. There was also a brown / black coloured Z around the duffryn area.

No Frills in Maes glas?

No Frills just up from Terry Howells building supplies, under the railway bridge a few hundred metres from Argos, TK MAXX etc. not far from the Royal Gwent Hospital.

It looked pretty special parked up next to the other run of the mill motors...

I'll have to keep my eye out for other 'Z's in the Newport and Hereford area, doesn't seem to be that many about.

Before I posted this ^^^^^^ I must have spent about 25 minutes typing up directions for the two main routes to Credenhill from the city centre, then sacked it 'cos you would probably have got lost using them

but let me know when any of you guys are up this neck of the woods and I'll get the brews on :thumbup1:

mine was the red shorty on victoria ave but was mostly in my friends garage but have now moved to wakefield yorkshire been there since last year so not likely to see it there again ..

That's a shame mate, my wife and I used to comment on it everytime we drove past.

I haven't taken my 'Z' down to Newport since early '07.

My parents live on Victoria Avenue just opposite the Crown Street junction, there are a few alright'ish motors around there but yours was by far the nicest.

My cousin; who lives next door to my parents, has had a whole host of various Supra's (mostly NA autos), Scoobies and 3 series BMW's and is quite touchy when I take the p**s out of them.

There's a Skyline GTS-T on Albert Avenue but apart from that there's nothing in the immediate area that stands out; apart from the black Z32 that I spotted the other week just around the corner from the top of Albert Avenue.

That looked sweeeeeeeeet!
