Just a quick thread to thank Dan @ DTA and Dave (Yewcheck) for helping me get my front brakes sorted.

Dan for sorting me out with a good deal for the 356mm 8 Pot setup and Dave for posting me some 5mm spacers for nothing not even the cost of postage when my car was stuck in the garage!

All in all it took longer than expected and I had to go for a 25mm hubcentric spacer setup on the front but am very pleased with the result and look!

Cheers fellas! :thumbup::clap:

Excuse the size!

On another note does anyone recommend a good 4 wheel alignment garage in the chippenham / swindon area?

It seems fine on full lock Dave, it does put the wheels out another cm each side but it doesn't appear to cause any issues.

I had the wheels balanced after the brakes were sorted but i still get a slight vibration coming through. Not sure what to get checked next tbh, thinking about going for 4 wheel alignment. Any suggestions welcome :)

looking wel sir . did you put brake master cilinder brace too??

Never really considered this but, I take it a brace would be a good idea with 12 pots front and 6 pots rear?

Very nice Dave, fills the rims.

The Brake spec wont make a difference but its always a good idea. The Bulkhead flexes, and you can visibly see the Master cylinder move when you press the brake pedal.

same as me :)

they work really well dont they. save up some more pennys and get the rears :cool3:
