Mate, why do you ask. Have you bought anything from him in the past...or are you thinking of buying from him?

He's doing some work on my car and I've lost all record of his numbers (multiple problems with pc, mobile phone etc. !!)

Ill be honest mate, I had a really bad experience with them. I would not trust them as far as I can throw them. He took my money and then decided to tell me the company was going bust. the number i had for him is 07766996946.

Yep - it's the Swindon Z tech I'm after. Been waiting for a call from Chris re. progress and then decided to try calling him. I too tried the website only to find it closed but it was open a few weeks ago !

Did you meet with him when you took your 300 to him. I know where he lives if that helps. And am thinking of paying him a visit. He owes me £450 pounds.

iv read quite a few bad threads with regards to ZTech work....im guessing people will tell you to get your zed back asap

Thanks for that mate - tried the number a few times but no answer yet. Will keep trying.

I know he's had problems with financing and premises but all the work he's done for me to date has been top notch and when I last saw him a few weeks ago, things seemed to be on the up. I'll let you know how this episode develops.

That is the same thing he told me for months mate. I think I will definitely pay him a visit. Talking about this has reminded me of how I was treated!

People like him should not be in business and shown up for what they are!

OK. I've found an advert in the back of Banzai for Ztech but it's coming up as an Orange mobile voicemail...if anybody knows Chris can you ask him to give me a bell please (Tony ref his engine) cheers

I know someone who,d love his address,he really would love it.Chris took over four grand off him and sold him a second hand engine which was"rebuilt" so say,lasted 700 miles and span a main bearing.the guys even paid a heavy to track Chris down to no avail.

Everybody is trackable mate. I had a bad experience with the Zed and a guy also called Chris, though I live here on an Island, the internet helped to narrow it down, flew over hired a car drove to his home town and walked the streets, asked in shops, pubs and betting shops lol until i eventually found someone who knew him and they took me right to his house!

 

Funny enough another member on here also called Chris is a good people finder.

 

Oh and your story is sadly not unusual as regards that guy..............

To be honest £4,000 for 700 miles is a lot better than my £10,000 for '0' miles, but to be fair I'm just trying to find Chris so we can sort it out. It's only been 3 years now and last time I posted up about it on here somebody got in touch with Chris and he phoned my home number the following day. Now I'm still waiting for the work to be finished, and haven't had a reply to any of the e-mails or mobile voicemails that I've left?

 

any ideas on how to contact him or his old mechanic Mick?
