Anything is possible with enough work or money thrown at it......

 

........but in any case, I'd guess some modifications to the seat chassis would be required.

 

One thing though - if your rear seat is ripped then a 350z one won't be of any use.......

 

......because they don't have them! The 350 is a 2 seater.

    Still try and fit the fronts tho mate. Be aware however the leather ones are fully electric drivers side and part electric passenger side.
