Guys need to remove the side windows basically.

 

Have the door cards off and was wondering if it's just as easy as removing the top 2 "stop" points that stop the glass from raising up any further. Does the glass then lift out of the runners?

There's also a bolt in the b pillar but basically yes it will lift out of the runners.

Remove the 2 stop points, and unscrew the 2 runner bushes, one that runs up the pillar and the other at the bottom of the window, you will need the window up slightly to get to it, so will have to plug the window switch back in for that. You wont get it out straight up, it will need to be angled slightly IIRC. I did mine a few years ago to get rid of the tinted glass i had.
