How the f*** is it supposed to go through the bulkhead , there,s a plate in the way which i can,t seem to get too to undo if it is bolted ! . How have you got yours through , do i bend this plate out of the way ? , i,ve loosened the aircon to give a bit of clearance.

hi mate the plate has got to come off as it holds the loom onto the bulkhead..youi will need to totally remove the aircon units and plastic surrounds..easy when youve done it already

Can this be done with the dash in place ?

Also i,m not using the aircon , could i remove it all and not effect the way the heater works both air circulation wise and electronically?

Right i,ve got the loom out , thanks for the info bud , i was asking whether the aircon unit could be removed completely but thinking about it the only way you can have it blowing on your windscreen is to have the aircon switched on so i,ve probably answered my own question , could anyone confirm this for me .
