Well first off, took the car down to my local garage to get them to give me a hand, getting the new exhaust on, managed that, and booked it in for the MOT. well went and finally filled it up and gave it a good run, god is it quick. specially when the turbos get going, gear box is smooth, think i have a warped disk on the front as i got some shaking when braking from 70 down to 40 where it subsided. any way good thing is so far since getting shot of the old exhaust, i have no smoke :clap::clap::clap::thumbup:

anyway picking her up Monday so can let you all know if she passes or not.

tbh I'm expecting a few advisories, and fail on one part.

God, i bet you're glad the exhaust cleared the smoking problem. :)

tell me about it, sounds sweet as well, did notice that the elbow on the drivers side was missing bolts on the studs, so put some new ones on, and was extra nice to be able to drive it.

hope its sorted, but thinking about it, if it is oil burning, would it not take a good few drives before the smoke gets through the baffles and show

have ya changed the pcv valves and hoses, piece of piss job to do

Oops :whistling:

Thats okay mate, i thrashed yours last night.... :whistling:

Keep it up mate, i knew if you got the smoking sorted you'd get the bug to keep it going.

Good luck Ian
