Summer road trip

I'm doing a euro trip with a couple of mates this summer (taking the Z, obviously!). I have a concern about fuel though, I've only ever used 99 ron (v-power) fuel, supposedly that's what it's mapped/chipped to use. Does anyone know what the availability of higher-octane fuel is like in France and throughout the alps?

 

Also, does anyone have any recommendation for good routes? We were planning on heading down to Mont Blanc, through the alps to the Stelvio pass then italian lakes, south coast of France, Paris and home... :clap:
