Hi all,

I currently have GTR R33 brakes on the car all round.

Are the 350Z brakes any better?

They are the same. (apart from offset and rear fitment)

So if i go to Mr scrapyman can i buy of him the compleate brakes of him from a 350 bring them home and fit or is there brackets to be made. the reason for this question is my car been of road for two years and now in closing stages to getting back on road? Oh and sorry to hijack this link.

Assuming they are the Gold Brembo's as fitted to some 350Z's then yes worth getting if the price is right.

You MUST get the discs with the front calipers and the calipers will bolt straight on if you drill out the Zed lug hole from 12mm to 14mm, so try to get the caliper securing bolts as well. If you don't get the discs, 350Z discs are required and if using the discs, no bracket is then required. If using stock Zed discs with 350Z calipers, then brackets are required.

Rear calipers and discs from the 350Z is somewhat of a hard job to do though and requires quite a bit of modding to fit.
