well i got round to doing more work on the zed and decided to pull the plenum......

 

got help from my best pal and we followed the basic guide in the FAQ section...

 

got round to the part where it says "you should now slightly be able to lift the plenum"

 

WHAT??? mine wont move a budge................. got the 8 bolts on top, the two bolts either side of the plenum.. disconnected balance bar and all the plumbing..........

not enjoying this one bit now :( i was atleast hoping i could get it off yesterday after a few hours :hammer:

has yours been bypassed? or u still got all the water ways? dont forget the 2 earthing points at the back on top, plus the pcv hoses each side towards the back, vac hoses under throttle bodies & on the sides, & all y our coil packs too..

Done that. It's got to be more bolts. But I followed guide

Might just be gasket paste or silicon holding it down mate. My balance bar had been "glued" down with loads of silicon and was a right bugger to get off.
