Guys

Have a few questions that I would really appreciate some help with.

1. There is a pipe that comes out of the fuel rail on the top right hand corner where does it go?

2. I have monster front pipes, do they look like they are in the right position? also I dont seem to have any mounting points or rubbers. Should their be something here on the back of the gearbox?.

3. In the wheel arch filled behind the battery there is an old coolent top up bottle, it looks like the pipe used to feed into the bottom of the stock rad??? do I keep this and put the pipe into the outlet pipe just under the filler cap on the new bigger rad?.

1st pic you have the hanging mounts missing

2nd the little pipe next to the cap goes to the overflow bottle

3rd Just cap it off or use it for your boost gauge.

as jmwuk said,

the pipe in the third pic is coming off the balance bar, not the fuel rail. this originaly goes to the carbon canistor so if you have no CC, as said cap it off.

the old coolant bottle could well be the over flow, some people move it from the front to the rear to aid with air flow for the IC. the small outlet on your rad in the pic should go to that bottle unless you want to put an over flow tank else where.

Its practically there, put the AEM sensors in today for the EMS did a load of fitting, filled the gearbox up with oil etc etc. Main problem is we ned a base map done before we can even think about it.

The Manual is 271 pages for the AEM stuff, they are not at all helpful on the forum just tell you to "Read" the 271 pages. If you could help in some way would be really appreciated.

Its Sard 850cc injectors

JWT 700 BB Tubs

AEM 3.5 Bar Map sensor

AEM Tru boost

What else do you need to know?

well, im running 740's, 5 bar MAP and 2860's off an EBC so, it would be a close match and some where to get you started, you can change the size of injectors in one of the drop down menus in the softwear.

just had a look through my maps and i've come across one for 850's,

whats your email and i'l send it over to you

i actual use a serial to serial but, a USB to serial is much better. what unit are you using? is it the 1620 with built in UEGO?

sending email now :)

errrrm no idea my friend has been doing this side of stuff you mean the black AEM box?

good stuff!!

you will be well happy with the EMS, there is so much stuff you can get rid of that will change the way the engine behaves i.e, MAF, PCV's, idle air control etc.

did you get the map?
