Alarm Help!

I have a clifford concept300 is there any way to reset it. Looked in the hand book cant see nothing?

    i have the 650concept and you can put it in and out of various modes etc, not sure on a reset though

    I was not given the valet code when I got the zed. I can unlock and lock that car thats all.

    Aaahhh ok, well you can reset without the fob through the manual press point on mine (mounted on dash) but you need the code, Motorguard uk are a major uk supplier of clifford maybe give them a call?
