the weight question

how many have had their cars weighed properly (corner weight scales)? I'd be interested to see what they weighed in at.

 

Had a full alignment done today and had the car corner weighted at the same time...

 

1467Kg with a full tank (minus 8 litres), welded in 10point FIA spec chromoly cage, minimal interior (seats, harnesses, dash, centre console back to arm rest).

    I keep looking at the inner wing(like under the hicas) I could have some mahout benifits from cutting that out.

    i thought about that, but after bashing it into place with welding and filling the reduction in weight was not worth it for me. it practically weighs nothing

     

    However cutting it out to put other stuff more useful there is something i have thought about ;)
