I fitted a navan auto shifter the other day and it looks great. The only problem is im not sure if my overdrive switch is working. It was easy to fit with just a small connector and job was done. I tried the gears up and down before I fitted all the surround back but didn't check the overdrive. When I click the overdrive the light isn't coming on on the dash! My next problem is I have no insurance at the moment so I can't go down the road and check if its working or not :headvswal Can it just be the light isn't working but the overdrive is or could it be the switch in the knob itsself? Not to fussed if the light works or not as long as the overdrive does.

Any ideas?

Don't really want to take all centre console out again!

Wouldnt worry about the light that could just be a wire out you'd have to take her out and test it - once you click the button the revs should drop. You could jack the whole car up and brick it I guess and run it slowly through the gears but that's potentially risky.

Gonna get my insurance sorted this week finally now I have the money. Hopefully it is just the light as I don't want to take it off.
