Apart from going to work I have spent the rest of my waking hours over the past six weeks or so making a house fit to live in:sweatdrop:

Basically I bought a reposessed modern house from a building society as a better (hopefully) investment than having money in a fixed interest bond. although only 10 years old in was pretty dire cosmetically and needed re doing everywhere.

My younger daughter and her partner have now moved in as my first tenants. all that remains is to fix up the garden.:rockon:

work on my Slicktop project has suffered obviously and it probably wont be ready in time for Japfest:crying: but in my book family comes before cars.

 

I should have time to put up the odd post or three on here also :nuke:

Thats a shame Pete as was looking forward to see if would have blasted the others in the Z only track sessions
