G'day,

I'm probably looking at selling my Japanese Mine's ECU (Z32 TwinTurbo Automatic), either as the entire unit with the Mine's plaque on it and all (will quote the Mine's number later on), or maybe just the EPROM (not my favourite option, since the EPROM and the entire board is secured with epoxy resin. Pretty sure that the unit is called a Mine's VX-ROM (their site in Japanese is: http://www.mines-wave.com/)

I'm changing over my computer control to one that's done here in Australia, and know that quite a few of you UK guys use the Mine's versions. Anyway, we'd have to work out the postage type options, and I'm willing to listen to any reasonable offers, to see if its worth the trouble (I'll still need to buy a replacement stock ECU)

The Guarantee Plaque on the ECU says its No: 3458 and its marked as a S.P.L.

Is the ecu mapped for 555s or stock injectors? Some of the mines ecus came as a kit with the 555s - if yours was one of these then the 555s will have to be fitted into the car aswell or the fuelling will be way out!

 

I could be completely off track here though

nope you are correct Duff.

The kits come with iether 550 injectors or 440 cc injectors iether way you will need the injectors aswell as it would throw out your feulling.

 

 

I'm pretty sure that the ECU's only mapped for stock injectors, since the ECU was the only mod on my Zed when I bought it (but I'm going to have to take a good hard look at my injectors now!)... I'll try sending the Mine's people the serial number to see if I get a reply.

 

I'm not after much at all for the ECU, but would either need an exchange unit or a enough cash to cover a replacement unit (would just have to sort out the logistics of having 2 drivable Zeds on 2 sides of the globe, and the shipping from Aust->UK)
