Need your help please. :helpsmilie:

Does anyone know what this connector is for in the Pic.

Mine is broken and I cannot trace where the end goes, But my car starts and drive well without it. Someone suggested it might be the o2 or knock sensor if so will it effect the car if its not working ????? :sweatdrop::sweatdrop:

Confused Ade :surrender:

Knock sensor connector. Once end goes to the knock sensor (which is down back of the engine between the heads....not reachable). The other ends joins up with the rest of the EFI loom to the ECU.

If its been bypassed then the 2 ends would be disconnected but one end should have a Resistor soldered into it.

...otherwise the car will be in safety mode - Retarded Timing, richer fuel maps, retarded boost = Slow.
