How long to take stuff back to shop?

Got some switches to the value of £8 I don't need and never will now as I did things differently. I bought them on the 1st of March will Wilko's still give me my money back I have the receipt and they're still sealed.

    general rule of thumb its 28 days, but worth a try. failing that put them on ebay.

    Big stores will often take unopened returns and give you a refund if you have the original receipt. As it's only a couple of weeks ago, I'd give it a try.

     

    Even if you don't get a refund, I'm sure you could at least get store credit.....
