starting to think iv lost my desire for the zed. its been off the road for a bit now and im not really pushing myself to get it back on the road dont want to let it go but really struggling to find the motivation for it anymore.

What's up with your Z, i don't use mine much anymore as it really needs a new lump, but i'm determined to keep saving and get her back to her former glory, not sure when that was though lol

to all those peeps losing the zedtastic desire you'll wake up on an early summers morning with the warm sunshine just starting to break through and selling or scrapping would of been the worst thing you could of done:crying:..ive been there wanting to sell and glad i never:winkiss:

lol you can get the belt pack all 3 aux belts, for around 30.00 and they are really easy to fit :)

Yeah Bri not good lol, it still runs and drives but started overheating on long journey's so had a sniffer test done and the garage reckon it's in early stages of head gasket failure

 

I did speak with Jamie though and it's prob gonna be easier to put a recon engine in with less mls, as mine hass done 118,000 now :/

 

but the Z bug still remains :D

I think we all get like that at some time. You'll probably regret giving up your car in the future and end up buying another so save some time and put her back on the road :)

Drove mine for the first time in ages, cant say I missed it one bit, its got to a point im no longer interested in it at all.

Ive not driven mine for 6 months.

 

Well today i got the wheels back on lowerd it back on the ground and i drove her today. 6 meters and i fookin loved it. still not got a dash in it :lol::lol:

dont sell then the scottish numbers will probably drop again.lol.

mine was off the road for over 3 years, i was skint in no mood for it and almost sold it, i got back on my feet spent a grand on it and it was the best thing I did. Driving it last summer with a shiny new paint job with the targas off put a grin on my face and was the best feeling ever.

gotta admit, i had sorta fell outta love with mine, been off road for a while, not been on group either, been using freelander and supermoto. Mates just bought an S2000 and its sorta rekindled my passion for getting it back on road, mot'd etc. I know 2 miles up road and Im gonna wish Id never took it off but at this moment in time, it just sits there looking sorry for itself.......

Promised meself I'd get her mot'd and taxed for the start of April and start driving her again.
