Got a question about a document that I've attached. If you look on page 3 & 6, to the right of the page is square boxes but there are gaps where there are no lines, how do you add them in?

do you want to add lines where there are spaces, or remove the lines??

to remove them, highlight them, right-click and hit Merge Cells

to add them, right-click in the row and hit Split Cells

Wanted to add them. Just tried splitting the cells but the lines don't line up (can only get them either side of the lines above/below)

I would left-click the row above to highlight the whole row, right-click & copy. Move down, highlight blank row, right-click paste. Clean out the text and then hihglight the old blank row and right-click delete row.
