New suspension advice please

Have Teain monoflex on the car at the moment. Intend to use the car a bit more this summer now I've sold the 350z and find the Tein's a little to harsh. So need some suggestions / advice to keep it firm but a little softer and more country road friendly.

 

Whats the standard set up spring rates?

 

Options I guess are Eibachs and std shocks or new coilovers but softer spring rate.

 

Anyone know std spring rates, Eibach rates, other coil over set ups?
