just had a nightmare with an ebay seller. Bought an item from them and basically still had nothing after 10 days so in that time i was onto them several times saying where is my item. After 10 days i had enough so i said fine just give me a refund ill make other arrangements and then they ignored that and sent me an email saying that they had sent me another part recorded delivery that i ended up getting after 14 days in total. Just asked for a return address that i asked for when they sent the item recorded delivery and now saying that they do not accept returns as the item is not faulty.

 

Has anyone else had dealings with 300zx_parts ?

Not 300zx parts but had a few issues with various sellers, started claims for a few, did the original add or any of his others state no returns unless faulty???

I have ordered some hose from flebay 2 weeks ago still not turned up so sent an email, day later had one back saying sorry but on holiday for 2 weeks will send it out when we return.

 

Think I will stop using ebay.

it was an ad where he was breaking a 300zx so i enquired about parts that way and didnt buy it straight from an auction ad

Ahh ok that makes it less simple, is he just some chap who was breaking a Z then or a breaker?, either way if your not happy i'd suggest starting a claim and write a well worded note to him through the dispute screen

 

Refer back to your prev mails where you asked for a refund not another item, and try and include (upload) these older e-mails to support your case, his response may change when he knows you have put a claim in, but apart from that i cant see anything else that can be done

just been on ebat and as i didnt buy the item through an auction it wont let me ask for a resoloution so i looked at paypal and that only lists 2 reasons for complaints which is item not arrived and item damaged :(

Bad luck, some ebayers set out to be bad some are just crap at it, looking through the guys feedback dannyzx from this forum bought something from him and had no issue?

 

Slightly different but I had an issue with a seller before Xmas and started an ebay complaint which has only been sorted last week, now ebay keep sending me requests to fill in a survey to say how great they dealt with it?? 7 weeks and 20 + emails the answer is not very well.

its south west zed under a different name as he told me he has 3 converts and they were the only people who had 3 and i was looking for an n/a rad for someone but he found one somewhere else cheaper so i didnt pursue it

After waiting 10 days and nothing after contacting him several times i said cancel it and refund me then he decided to send another part out recorded delivery however just checked the jiffy bag and it wasnt sent recorded at all. Personally i think it is just a case of another bad ebayer unless there is still a recorded parcel in the pipeline for me but cant see that happening
