WHite smoke HELP

Have just rebuilt my engine still a bit tappy on top but i noticed yesturday after a long run , i left it idiling for about 15 mins the passenger side exhaust started giving loads of white smoke i revd it and it cleared but 10 mins later it did the same thing , could it be that turbo

if it was the turbos you would be getting it all the time. Do a search on here there is many people that have spoke about smoke coming out of the exhausts on things like the pcv valves and ways of determining what the fault is if so at all.

I had the same a few years ago , kept wondering why it was white smoke but smelled of burnt oil , it turned out to be the rear turbo seals that were leaking , being the rears it leaks straight into the red hot cast exhaust elbow which i think causes it to be atomised rather than burnt which should cause blue smoke .

That,s what i think happens with these cars and confuses alot of people , definately made me scratch my head for a good while . HTH
