Cas problem please help

i went to adjust the timing but the cas would not move , so i removed it and to get it out i gave it a few taps , since i put it back in i have a missfire its like its running on three cylinders two front on right bank and only first on the second left bank please help , every day their is something new

Now that you've removed the CAS, your gonna have to ensure the timing is back on track at 15 degrees.

Generally though but not always, if the 10mm bolts that sit in the slider are positioned in the middle of this slider, it should be at or around 15 degrees, so loosen the bolts and twist the CAS until they are central.

You then need to have the timing checked with a strobe light to be certain, so nip to a local garage and ask them to check it, again if it's out, loosen bolts and turn CAS until it is bang on.

Once this is done, only then really can you address any other problems with the car.
