I'm still Zedless and missing Audrey like mad but I have a good excuse.

Well this is the plan of the house, yes a double garage and room for a bar in the games room along with my gym, room for a pool and a nice patio onto it.

Build time is 16 weeks weather dependant, and right now the prices are about the same as the UK if not a bit more.
