Brake and suspension advice

Guys

 

I have new Stoptech big brakes to put on as well as Tein Flex EDFC to fit.

 

Questions are these.

 

Do I need any other bits for the suspension the car already has these?

 

Front and rear adjustable upper suspension link arms

Rose jointed front adjustable tension arms

 

Also how long would you say it would take me to fit them, I cant get the brakes working etc as the master cylinder is not in the car. But just fit it all?
