why when on a website can i not get onto secure pages, cant get onto my internet banking, cant get onto the quote page of elephant.co.uk and cant even get the whole paypal page to work, i cant doit on michelles lappy either

 

any help please

What browser you using and what actually happens when you trying visiting a secure site ?

when i go onto elephant.co.uk, i get the main page, then i click on get a quote then a another page tries to open ( asecure page) but it just stays blank (white), same as all other pop up pages on web pages (if that makes sence lol)

 

im on aol as i always have been, only been doing it for a couple of weeks

not that i know of, ive never set one up, just started doing it, also michelles laptop is doing it????

i use avg, although it has run out a week or so ago and i need to upgrade it

 

Avg is excellent if updated i used it for a long time on all my pc's (use bit defender now)

 

have you tried using a different browser?

.......but have you made sure the web address starts "https" as opposed to just the normal "http"....?

how do i change it if it doesnt???, the main page has https but the pop up pages dont
