yes its fine m8

Also keep the gearbox/alternator loom from the auto, so much less work than changing to the manual one, one single cable for the starter solenoid and two pairs of cables one is the original circuit for the gearbox interlock to prevent the engine starting when in drive, this will need to be linked out and the other pair is for the speed sensor, run a new pair from the box reverse switch to the connectors on the o/s inner wing, finally run another new pair from the gearbox neutral switch to the ecu in the passenger side footwell.

Jeff i,m thinking of ordering a manual but lhd loom from the states , would this be a better option as i,ve already got rid of the EGR and AIV,s so don,t have to worry about connecting those , can,t think of much more that would be on the wrong side of the loom apart from master cylinder float connection ??

Oh yeah just remembered , do most people when doing a conversion use the clutch booster or can you do away with it and fit a pedal assembly from an NA ? Cheers .

Personally I would use the N/A one, easier to fit, less to go wrong and the clutch aint heavy anyhoo!(probably will be for you tho' having an auto' so long!:whistling:)

You need a short holiday here in blighty and you could help me fit it :thumbup::thumbup:

im using an NA pedal with a TT uprated clutch. Its an RPS Max Street clutch. Just bled and adjusted it today. Pedal feels fine to me.

Agree with Daz here. Easy and simple.
