not so good, im too busy with the house as i now have a bit of spare cash available every month, i have kept the weight off though, just been eating right, i want to start jogging again though as i can feel im getting lazy again

thing is we have a big comfy spngy bed for him lol, he only tries to hump it once in a while, never lies on the fooker lol
