TATTON PARK, SAT-SUN JUNE 5TH-6TH - if you are interested, important info below!

Hi all,

 

I've had the details through for the Classic & Performance Car show at Tatton Park, Cheshire on the weekend of the 5th and 6th of June. If interested, it is important that register that interest here and PM me ASAP with some info.

 

Due to health & safety reg changes (how typical..) this show is no longer quite so free and easy in terms of the passes.

 

We have a maximum of 15 cars both days.

 

I will need the name, registration and car model of each participant as well as which days attending

 

Passes will have those details on them and WILL NOT BE TRANSFERABLE to other cars/people (i.e. more like the arrangements typical of somewhere like Oulton Park Gold Cup).

 

If you request a pass and then don't turn up you are potentially doing someone out of a pass (if on the rare chance we are oversubscribed for the event).

 

Because of the arrangements, I'm not going to be able to hand out passes at the last minute for people who have decided to come at the last minute.

i shall come on sat and how is your car with the blitz ecu in ?

I`m going again aswell, as long as it doesn`t clash with the Nurburgring!!

Hi guys - I'm the one doing the organizing for the Z Club's stand at this show. As the message that Paul copied in at the top of this thread says, I need those people definitely interested to PM me ASAP with their full name, car model, registration number and which days they are coming. I need this info to pass on to the organizers for the individual car passes. I also need the details in the next week as I need to get the forms sent off fairly sharpish due to how fast Tatton normally gets book up by other clubs - we don't want to lose our spot!

*EDIT* just noticed Phil is going on Saturday, I will organise nearer the date and see whos going and what day, I`m not too bothered putting my car on the stand, so i will come and park in the main car park if there is no space left on the stand.

Ah - didn't realize about the PMs. Quavey - as suggested above please pass your details to cheshire300zx ASAP (full name, car model and reg, and days coming). He can then let me know and I can then add you to the order form for passes. I'm trying to get that fully filled out for this weekend as Tatton is heavily oversubscribed making it important to get in early.

Hey guys any spaces left I fancy coming just need to check I can get off work

All quiet on the western front for this at the moment, I have a bit of an issue as well, my parents have cunnning decided to open the garden on the 6th and I could do with being here to help out, is the stand still going ahead? Is it full and people that could take my place? If there isnt many cars I'll still come but if there is someone who wants to take my place then that would be okay, although a shame not to see the show. Dont know what to do!
