Is this easy to retro fit...... if so what is needed....

 

Also there is a knock on bumps from the front right side. is this track rod ends or top mounts????

apparently not easy to retrofit, i wanted to do this to mine, you would need cruise control stalk / steering wheel (depends on age of car) cruise ecu, pedal switches, wire and mechanical gubins from under bonnet, and a wiring loom

 

most likely bushes leaking on the track rod end

On my zeds in the past its been the camber arms or the lower arms, but it really could be any of that lot that is fitted down there. Best bet is taking it to a garage or get it jacked up and check for play in everything.
