WTF is going on with the weather

This is one of those things you think 'how weird'.

As some know im a plumber, this week on call too.

Get a callout at 8pm, leave from my house and the tempreture is warm and raining.

Drive to Bognor which is 4 miles down the road, halfway there it is snowing its nuts off, by the time i get there, my transit is sliding all over the place, and the snow is 2" deep. It is freezing cold.

Do the plumbing job, and say 45mins later come out to my now covered van, in this time another 2" of snow has fallen.

Start driving home very slowly, get to within a mile of my house, and whilst driving in thick falling snow, cant describe it, but i can see the edge of the snow storm, like someone has put up a wall to stop it.

Literally as i pass through the 'edge' and im back in rain and its warm again.

Get home and my girlfriend thinks im talking bowlocks.

But nope, van is coverd in snow, but all other vehicles in the road are just wet.

Its one hell of a slow moving snow storm, if im not stuck in the morning i will be even more amazed.

WEIRD

di you know that all the top scientists on global warming cant understand where all this cold weather has come from lol

Global warming.

........but it's freezing cold and snowing.......

This is what winter should be like - it was always that way when I was a child. And that was in London, not up north where it snows every winter!!

Indeed! Here's a little quote from Kevin Trenberth, one of the top government funded scientists on global warming:

Well I have my own article on where the heck is global warming? We are asking that here in Boulder where we have broken records the past two days for the coldest days on record. … The fact is that we can't account for the lack of warming at the moment and it is a travesty that we can't.

we are nowhere close to knowing where energy is going or whether clouds are changing to make the planet brighter? We are not close to balancing the energy budget. The fact that we can not account for what is happening in the climate system makes any consideration of geoengineering quite hopeless as we will never be able to tell if it is successful or not! It is a travesty!

And from Mike Mann, another American government funded climatologist:

As we all know, this isn’t about truth at all; it’s about plausibly deniable accusations

Haha! Remember these people are at the very top of government funded climate science, and what they say forms the basis of goverment policy.

I've posted a link to more climategate emails on the other thread for anyone interested in this almighty scam.
