lwb exhaust onto swb

Hay guys,

 

I am thinking of breaking my lwb and fitting my good mechanicals onto a swb shell.

 

I have recently bought a really nice fujibiso giken system and would really like to keep it for the shorty

 

can the pipes be cut down to make it fit or would i have to effectivly shorten the rear silencer
