Battery may be needed

Trouble is that when I do a search, nearly every post has a different battery number suggested! My current one is a type 075. Does anyone know which was the factory type?

 

Normally the car gets left for up to a week and still starts ok, I did find that the passenger door wasn't shut properly so possibly the interior light may have stayed on?

 

I've got the battery on charge and will try it back on the car before condemning it...
