hi guys, i havent been on here for a while as i sold my Zed earlier in the year and bought a skyline, but ive missed the old girl and just bought another one, But as i have no solid income and still own the skyline im on a very tight budget, so i managed to pick up a black TT auto for 300 quid, the catch is that the owner put a new battery on it but put the terminals on the wrong way, !! since then he was not able to get it working, i havent started investigating yet but though maby some of you guys may have some advise on what may have blown or burnt out?? I hope its not too much as like i said im on a budget!!!

I found that the rear fuse unit houses the main fuses for the ignition lights to come on also contains protection fuses. But i would go through each fuse and check but check these back ones first!

Bargain. beats the £400 i paid for mine. never did sort the misfire . Sold it for a tidy profit though.

my mate has got her all up and running now, two dodgy coilpacks, Dirty PTU connections and a fried ecu! engine sounds perfect!! now to mot and tax her and im away!!!

i see this one on ebay & was v tempted..shame it was so close to crimbo...i got a ecu £40 deliverd? if u find u need one of course.

yes a bargain indeed, need alot of work to get it respectable though, drivers seat is the worst i have ever seen, and spoiler is badly peeling, but all these are easily sorted.

to upload pics then create an account on http://www.photobucket.com (free) then choose the file you want to upload, then copy everything within the two [ img ] tags onto the forum.

well, heres the pics of my 300 quid zed, it drives spot on exept for warped brake discs, but apart from that its grat, no smoke at all from turbos and after going through the history its only done 6000 miles in the last 9 years!! and cambelt was done 5000 miles ago. the only things that need doing sooner rather than later are the drivers seat is fooooked and the rear tailgate is getting ripe. and of course needs a damn good clean allover. but im pleased with it all in all and i think i got a good bargain from ebay for once!!
