I remember some one on the forum having a chance to buy one. I think it was round the £800 mark from a Nissan closing down. He wish he took it now.

The ConZult software, as created by Eric, will be available through ZedWorld in about a month's time. We are currently evaluating the first unit to arrive in the UK and need to iron out a few issues, mostly to do with Jap-spec vs. UK-spec cars and most annoyingly, to find a suitable plug that fits on the standard Nissan Consult plug.

 

The retail price for the UK has yet to be finalized and I do not wish to speculate at this stage, suffice it to say it will be considerably less than the £800 Consult from Nissan.

 

At the moment we are looking at a laptop version but development is currently underway to create a handheld version, i.e., for the PalmPilot, etc.

 

I hope this information helps to put your minds at ease ... ConZult is just around the corner!

800 quid for A used Nissan-Consult is a big ripp-off isn't it? I bought mine in Germany from a closed down Nissan dealer for DM510,- wich is ca.260.- Euro.

It looked brandnew and did include all needed software (also NATS)And it can be used for all (newer) Nissans, not only the Z32

 

So you must be able to find a cheaper one.
