Fuse box In japanese!

Hi again, My headlights dont work.

 

I have checked the fuses in the engine bay and they are fine but maybe there is a fuse in the drivers footwell? If there is I can find it as the plastic covers guide is all in japanese and I must admit im not fluent.

 

Does anyone have a picture of what it says in english (Even if there isnt a light one it would be usefull to have)

    It is usually a red 10amp fuse on the top row 3rd from the left ;)
